What is ClickItandPickUp?

ClickItandPickUp partners with e-commerce retailers to provide online shoppers the best of both worlds: lower pricing and the wider selection that comes from shopping online with the convenience and instant gratification of local retail shopping. ClickItandPickUp enables customers to order online, and that very same day get into their cars, drive 5-10 minutes and pick up their orders from multiple participating retailers without ever getting out of their car.

What stores are participating in the ClickItandPickUp program?

We are actively soliciting e-commerce retailers and mall operators with high traffic retail stores in the New Jersey/New York metro area. Our target retailers all have these common goals; to achieve significant savings for delivering online package orders, affordable same day delivery, and low cost returns.

What are my shipping options with ClickItandPickUp?

ClickItandPickUp offers same day customer drive-thru pickup for retail stores with ship to store service. All an online customer needs to do is find the store closest to their home and choose ship to store when checking out their order; it’s that simple. ClickItandPickUp takes care of the rest. The retailer notifies the customer the night before that their package is ready to pick up the next day, and our driver collects all the day’s orders at the retail location and stages them in his truck in the store’s parking lot for the evening pick-up window.

How do I know what items are eligible?

If the merchandise ordered online is available for ship-to-store, then that order can be picked up through ClickItandPickUp.

Is return shipping really unlimited and free to the shopper?

Yes; all a retailer needs to do is notify their customer of which retail store location to drop off their return with the ClickItandPickUp driver without ever leaving their car.

How much does ClickItandPickUp cost? Is there a membership fee?

ClickitandPickUp does not charge customers and no membership is required.
